来龙去脉和问答的意义都不明白，不知道为啥SS就思路广地把这理解为 “俄服只要提到战争雷霆就会被禁言”—— 如果真的连提都不能提，那一直以来SerB和Storm都有回答关于战争雷霆的相关问题又是怎么回事？
