– Storm confirms that the engine has a chance of lighting up from ANY damage done (above certain threshold, that is there to prevent lowtier autocannons from causing too many engine fires), but not every damage done makes the engine yellow or red, so it is possible for a “normal” (undamaged) engine to catch fire

Storm确认了发动机在受到任何伤害的情况下都有可能被打着火(当然是有一定限制的(伤害限制),为了防止低级突突炮把发动机打着火的情况发生的太频繁),但是并不是每一次伤害都能让发动机变成黄色或者红色的,所以发动机有可能在“正常”(没有受伤)的情况下被打着火

– frames per second limit won’t be implemented
每秒帧数不会被限制

– fullscreen mode without a frame won’t apparently be impemented (SS: not sure what this refers to, a fully opened window?)
无框的全屏模式(个人猜测是虚拟全屏模式——译注)不会被加入游戏(SS:不确定这是什么意思,完全打开的窗口?)

Apparently, I was a bit too fast with the 2nd test announcement, it will probably be up tomorrow. Looks like 8.9 doesn’t run on schedule. There is a date when it comes out, but I won’t announce it for now, as there is a high probability it will be changed and I don’t want to see tons of OMGUWEREWRONG posts again.
显然SS对于二测的时间过于激动了,应该是明天才上线,而不是今天。8.9补丁的上线计划看起来有点混乱,现在的确有一个预计的上线时间,但是我不会说。因为日期遭受改动的可能性很大,我也不想再看到许多我艹你以前那个帖子是错的!这样的回复了。

Confirmed: Slava Makarov (lead producer of Wargaming IIRC) states that Wargaming’s Master of Orion game is at the beginning of its development:
