– in 9.1, LT’s starting from tier 4 will have their MM spread limited
从9.1开始，4级及以上的轻坦的分房都会被限制

– the reason why balance issues in random battles are not solved by increasing the MM weight if that respective tank is that increasing the MM weight doesn’t make players play that vehicle any less. This can be partially observed in the HB mode.
随机战中的平衡性问题不能通过增加分房权重的办法来解决是因为如果某辆车的权重的确增加了的话，玩家也不会少玩这辆车。这个现象可以在历史战中被观察到。

Storm is asking: “What would you like to see in WoT in general?” – by “in general”, he means stuff like “I want big maps” or “I want more new tanks” etc. – anything, really. So, what would you like?

– the camo/visibility/spotting system was developed from the beginning of World of Tank development (SS: eg. it wasn’t introduced later)
伪装/视野/点亮系统是在WOT的开发伊始就开始搞了的（SS：换句话说就是不是后面才加入的机制）

– HD model of the T34 (premium heavy) gun will have gas ejector (SS: only visual change, no change in game)

– apparently, one of the least popular jobs for support crews is restoring stolen accounts, because every item has to be checked and restored manually (that’s why it takes so much time)
