1. The Russian tier 5 premium cruiser, the better Svetlana, will be called Krasnyi Krym (Red Krimea), not Profintern. The developers initially expected negative reaction on the more historical but perhaps also more controversial name in light of the recent political developments, but instead were met with strong pressure by the RU player base to choose the historical name.

增强：

New Mexico Hull C – some single-mount Oerlikon -[become]-> twin-mount Oerlikon. AA goes to 58/75/60 (outer/mid/inner AA ring, add up for total AA, and check in-game stats for current AA)
新墨西哥的船体C—部分单装的厄利孔变成了双联装的厄利孔。现在的AA数据分别是58/75/60（外圈，中圈和内圈的DPS。把这三个数据加在一起就是总的AA火力，请自行和当前客户端内的AA火力进行对）（下同）

Cleveland – 127mm DP has 5km range as secondary armament. (was 4km)
克利夫兰—127mm的高平两用炮在作为副炮时的射程变成了5km（原来是4km）

Colorado Hull C- some single-mount Oerlikon –> twin-mount Oerlikons, some twin-mount Bofors –> quad-mount Bofors. AA goes to 58/161/133.

Iowa Hull A – ALL Bofors –> quad-mount Bofors. AA goes to 151/223/76 Max speed goes to 33knot with engine upgrade. DP has 6km range as secondary.
衣阿华的船体A—所有的波佛斯都变成了四联装波佛斯。AA上升到了151/223/76。极速在换了顶级发动机的情况下提升到了33节。高平两用炮在作为副炮时的射程变成了6km。

Iowa Hull B – more quad Bofors AA goes to 151/286/176. DP and speed buffs.

just finished translating with the help of Ctacello another Q&A from Murazor, this took us a few hours to complete mostly because Murazor is by far worse than Storm when it comes to answering questions. Storm can be tough, he gives proper and direct answers most of the time, but Murazor instead, seems to not be able to type anything concise as he is more engaged on being childish and trollish, I tried to keep most of the content of the Q&A for you nevertheless.
Ctacello又帮我翻译了一份来自于Murazor的QA，但是这花了我们几个小时，因为Murazor从QA质量上比Storm差太多了。Storm有的时候说话的确是很刻薄，但是起码他会给出正确的答案，或者把你引导到正确的方向上。而Murazor说话从来不靠谱，因为他看起来像个小孩子，而且还是个喷子。然而QA的大部分内容得到了保留。
