Developers think that experienced players will like the new short range torpedoes and won’t lose their effectiveness. The changes aren’t targeting IJN DD’s or their captains but the mindless long range torpedo spam that some players were doing blindly. Such tactics shouldn’t be efficient.
开发团队认为那些经验丰富的玩家会喜欢新的短距鱼雷，并且可以善加利用它们。这次的改动并不是针对日本DD或者是日本DD的玩家，而是针对那些只会在远距离上瞎扔雷的玩家所作出的改动。他们认为这种战术并不应该有很好的效果。

Regarding the rock-paper-scissors system not really being observed, Vallter_ explains that they don’t want classes to be locked into one single role. In that regard, cruisers can bring AA cover and hunt destroyers. They won’t turn them into a AA platform or DD hunter only.
关于现在这个万物相生相克的概念没办法好好体现在游戏中，Vallter_解释说他们并不想让每种船型只能干一样事。举个栗子来说就是巡洋舰可以对空，也可以抓DD。他们不会把巡洋舰变成只能拿来防空或者是只能去抓DD。

Vallter_ said specifically this time, that German BBs are next. While it wasn’t a direct question to this, it is a pretty solid confirmation that they are indeed the very next line to be released.
Vallter_ 明确指出了下一条新线是德国的BB。尽管没有人直接问了这个问题，但是现在已经能看出下条线肯定就是德国的BB线了。
