just a quick update. The KV-4 KTTS version that was buffed so heavily is in fact tier 8, not tier 7. It’s a new version, tested to see whether the vehicle would be tier 8 viable. Apologies for the oversight.
这事我就这么提一下。那个被大幅度Buff的KV-4 KTTS是8级的那一辆，而不是7级的。8级这辆是一个新版本，用于测试这辆车在8级以上的可玩性的。抱歉造成了各位的困扰
