No final decision has been taken yet (if Grille 15 will substitute the Waffentrager E-100), we are collecting statistics and feedback from the test server and from the supertesters who are playing on the test server as well.
还没做出最后的决定（如果真的要拿蟋蟀去换掉WT E-100的话），我们在从测试服以及那些在测试服上玩的超测玩家那边收集反馈意见和数据。

According to this post, it seems, from 1st of April to the end of the month,  WG will conduct an experiment by reducing repair costs of tier 8-10 ships (not including premiums) by 20%. It will allow most players without premium account to play at those tiers without losing money. If the experiment is conclusive, they may change the economy at those tiers.
根据此贴，从四月一号到月底为止，WG会实验型的把8~10级船的修理费用下调20%（不包括金币船）。此举是为了让那些没有高级账户的玩家也可以在不亏钱的情况下去玩8~10级船。如果这个实验的结果具有一定说服力的话，他们也许会调整8~10级的经济模型。

Hi again guys (and gals). Just wanted to let you know that there is really a lot of info on the Russian forums, so much in fact that I cannot keep up. Even now, it takes me quite long to translate all of the stuff, I’m but one man and there are a lot of devs on the other side. So if you’d be ok with it, starting from now, I will only translate interesting questions and questions that weren’t already answered in the Q&A (for the other threads, I will see how I can deal with that). I hope you won’t be too disappointed.
大家嚎。想跟各位说一下，毛服论坛的各种消息实在太多了，以至于我已经跟不上他们的速度了。就算是现在我也要花很长的时间来翻译各种东西，问题在于我只有一个人，而毛子有一批开发人员。所以如果各位觉得没问题的话，从明天开始我只会翻译那些以前的QA中没有回答过的有意思的问题（至于其他帖子的话到时候再说吧）。我希望各位不要太伤心。
