A: From our point of view, the tier I premium ships do not make sense. Mainly because we don’t want experienced players to stick around those tiers.

JamesWhite also said in a radio programme on Wargaming FM that they will increase the reduction on repair costs until the end of July on the Russian cluster. Tier 7-9 ships repair costs will be reduced by 25% and for tier 10 ships, it will be 40%. They are doing this so that even players with standard accounts can play at those tiers and earn some credits even if they aren’t the most skilled players.
JamesWhite在WGFM的一个节目中说他们会在毛服上继续增加修理费用的折扣，这波折扣会持续到7月底。7～9级船的修理费会下降25%，而10级船的会下降40%。他们这么做的用意是让那些没有高级账户的普通水平的玩家也可以去玩这些等级的船，还能赚两个子。

The most interesting news is that supertesters will get the German battleships for testing in update 0.5.8, i.e. in several weeks. The main feature of German battleships is their superior survivability. The Gneisenau gets 380mm guns.
最有意思的消息应该是超测玩家可以在0.5.8中测试德国BB这一点了。德国BB的主要特色是生存性很强。格奈泽瑙的主炮是380mm的。

It’s a bit old (1 week), some questions were already answered, but a good few are new. Enjoy.

Q: Are you pleased with how weather is implemented both as aesthetics and the game changer on North?
问：你们对于在北方群岛这张图上的天气效果从美学和游戏体验这两方面上都很满意吗？
A: Players seem to be mostly happy about the Cyclone effect so our first step is to increasing amount of cyclone maps in the game and continue testing. You will see several maps with Cyclone added with 0.5.7. For the future, we are looking into possibly expanding weather effect but it’s still in discussion at this time
答：玩家对于飓风这个效果的评价普遍还行，所以我们的第一步就是要增加游戏中会出现飓风天气效果的地图并且继续测试。0.5.7会有更多有飓风特效的地图。以后的话应该会扩张天气效果，但是现在依然还在讨论
