this post is not the final and extensive list of armor changes, only the vehicles listed in the patchnotes appear here. Well, let’s have a look at what was changed. The English patchnotes can be found here, but strangely enough, there are some differences between the RU and US version, so I am going to use the Russian one.
这篇文章是关于装甲改动的，但是不是最终版也不是完整版，这里只有在补丁信息上提到的车辆改动，恩，来看看到底改了些什么。英文版补丁信息在这里，（中文译文在这里）。但是很奇怪，在毛服和美服的补丁信息中有一些差异，以下选用的是毛子的。

XVMCN的生存边界

XVMCN有自己认定的生存边界。
不提供诸如(包含但不仅限于)开镜去草、激光弹道、透视轮廓、压树提示…等等被白毛子官方明确定义为违规的插件、外挂。

XVMCN插件集是小圈子爱好者们的fans向制品,生存不易。得罪不起纱布白毛子官方和爹网。
承担不起大菠萝3把某插件合集作弊插件使用玩家全部ban掉 那样的责任。

XVMCN没有与官方交涉的能力。也不会自以为有那样的能力，
然后提供违规插件并信誓旦旦”请放心使用，出现问题由我们与官方沟通。”

某些有盈利模式，有资本背景的公司行为，尚且被暴雪D3这样的大巨头操，
XVMCN玩不起 所以不奉陪。

违规插件、外挂任何人都能够在其它地方获得，但是请勿在博客这里讨论提及。

博客及XVMCN相关群禁止讨论官方明确定义为违规的插件、外挂，相关讨论一概删除，发起讨论的ID ban IP。

it seems that Wargaming made an unusual step. You know about that tier 8 Soviet premium “light T-54″? Yeeeeea… so, the developers kinda are deciding not to make it a premium, but a Soviet tier 8 light tank, following the tier 7 “LTTB”.

we waited for it for a year and here it finally is. The RU251 tier 8 German light tank. Low armor (30mm max), but very good maximum speed (for now 80 km/h) and a 90mm gun firing AP, HEAT and HESH (yep, HESH instead of HE) rounds. Not bad! The models are not ready yet, they are missing proper textures.
等了一年的玩意终于来了。8级德国轻坦RU251。装甲很薄（最厚只有30mm），但是极速非常不错（现在是80km/h） ，用的是90mm炮。可发射AP，HEAT以及HESH弹（没错，HESH而不是HE）。还不差嘛！模型还没有准备好，贴图什么的还没有搞。
