Again, nothing much today, but on 24.12. at 17:00 CET (or so), there will be a stream with Storm, where he will talk about game development, so we got that going for us, which is nice. I will watch it and prepare a summary of course.
今天还是没有啥。但是在12/24的下午五点（欧洲中央时间）还是啥的会有个和Storm的直播节目，我觉得他会说一些关于游戏开发的东西，所以这事就先定下来了。我到时候回去看，当然还会准备一份总结。

remember the “ugly duckling”, M4 Improved tier 5 American premium tank on supertest? Well, compared to the first iteration, it got changed two days ago as such (data for 100 percent crew):
各位还记得那个“丑小鸭”，也就是超测服上出现的5级美国金币车，M4增强版吗？呃，和它的第一轮测试相比，它的属性在两天前得到了改动（数据包含了100%成员加成）如下： 

– reload time buffed from 3,74 to 3,644
装填时间从3.74秒Buff到3.644秒

– ROF buffed from 16,044 to 16,466
射速从16.044秒Buff到16.466秒

– DPM buffed from 1764,8 to 1811,3
DPM从1764.8Buff到1811.3

– accuracy buffed from 0,432 to 0,422
百米散布从0.432buff到0.422

– accuracy loss on the move buffed by 18 percent
移动时的扩圈系数buff了18%

– accuracy loss when moving at full speed and turning the turret buffed by 33 percent
全速行进并且旋转炮塔时的扩圈系数buff了33%

– accuracy loss when moving at full speed buffed by 19 percent
全速前进时的扩圈系数buff了19%

– accuracy loss when turning while moving at full speed buffed by 19 percent
全速前进且旋转时的扩圈系数被buff了19%

– hitpoints buffed from 470 to 480
血量从470buff到480

– maximum repair cost nerfed from 4750 to 4785
最大修理费从4750砍到4785

As predicted, it was confirmed on RU server that the patch 9.5 will come out on 22.12.2014. EU patch – either the same day, or a day later (no info on that yet). Russian server already has the “preview” video of the patch – nothing too interesting in it, nothing you haven’t read here before anyway (will look at it).
如预期一般，毛服的9.5会在2014/12/22上线—欧服，要么是同一天，要么就是之后一天（暂时没有消息）。毛子那边的“预览”视频已经出来了—也没什么有意思的内容，以前反正大家都看过（我还是会去瞅一眼） 

Other than that, M56 Scorpion was moved to tier 7 and rebalanced on supertest apparently. Otherwise not much today.
除此之外就是M56蝎式在超测服上被下放到了7级，并且进行了重新平衡。除此之外，没了。

Unfortunately, absolutely nothing new today, apart the apparent issues with Belarus and Russia for Wargaming. How much impact will that have – well, that remains yet to be seen. But considering it’s the end of the year and it’s Christmas soon, I don’t think we’ll see any breaking news in the following days. Oh well, gonna keep checking anyway.
