you might have noticed the other changes that came with the penetration nerf during the special test such as some tanks gaining stabilization bonus (accuracy on the move). Upper frontal plate and lower frontal plate were practically unchanged. The 203mm thick weld in-between is gone but that’s a small change. The turret armor however was significantly improved. Earlier the turret armor was 150mm to 190mm thick but now – taking the complicated shape into account the thickest parts of frontal turret are 280-350mm thick (effectively). The mantlet is now 570mm thick (together with armor behind it), earlier it was 360mm. The mantlet itself even got a bit bigger.
正面首上和首下基本没有啥改动。在这两块装甲板之间的那一条203mm装甲带没了，但是这也不是什么重大改动。然而炮塔的装甲被大幅度的提高了。之前炮塔的装甲厚度只有150mm~190mm，而现在如果要考虑到炮塔上那些奇形怪状的区域的话，整个正面炮塔的等效厚度在280mm~350mm之间。炮盾现在是570mm厚了(加算它后面的装甲)，之前是360mm。而且炮盾还变大了一圈。

Guess this is a good excuse for me to stop neglecting the tank and finish my British HT grind.
