you might have noticed the other changes that came with the penetration nerf during the special test such as some tanks gaining stabilization bonus (accuracy on the move). However, you should be aware that these changes are NOT tied to 9.9, the 9.9 vehicle changes that are much more likely to come are as follows:
各位也许注意到了，在对穿深削弱进行的这次特殊测试中有部分坦克获得了稳定性的加成（移动时的精准）。然而这也就意味着9.9是不会对这些车的稳定性进行改动的。相对的，9.9对车辆的改动应该只有下面这些：

M48A1

105mm T5E1M2

– accuracy buff from 0,4 to 0,38
百米散布从0.4Buff到0.38

– accuracy on the move improved by cca 15 percent
移动时的精准提高了大约15%

Type 62
62式

– ground resistance buffed from 0,6/0,7/1,4 to 0,5/0,6/1,3
地面阻力从0.6/0.7/1.4Buff到了0.5/0.6/1.3

– accuracy on the move buffed by cca 10 percent
移动时的精准Buff了大约10%

– reload time buffed from 5,7s to 5,5s
装填时间从5.7秒Buff到5.5秒

Churchill VII
丘吉尔7

– depression of 3.7in Howitzer buffed from -3 to -10
3.7寸火炮的俯角从-3°Buff到-10°

STA-2

– ground resistance buffed from 1/1,1/2 to 0,8/0,9/1,8
地面阻力从1/1.1/2Buff到0.8/0.9/1.8

– gun accuracy loss by turning the turret buffed from 0,14 to 0,1
炮塔旋转时的扩圈系数从0.14Buff到了0.1

– aimtim for 90mm Rifled buffed from 2,2 to 2,1
90mm线膛炮的瞄准时间从2.2秒Buff到了2.1秒

STA-1

– gun accuracy loss by turning the turret buffed from 0,12 to 0,1
炮塔旋转时的扩圈系数从0.12Buff到了0.1
