– Storm confirms the upcoming artillery overhaul. The biggest problem with current artillery system is its randomness – this should be mitigated by turning artillery into “debuffers” (see previous article – smaller alpha but applying crew debuffs)
Storm肯定了接下来会对火炮进行重制这一点。当前火炮的最大的问题就是随机性—把火炮变成“上Debuff的”应该可以缓和这个问题(请参照之前的文章—降低单发伤害,但是可以给乘员上Debuff)

– Storm states that the players weren’t officially notified that WoT is now running on a different engine because the new engine is not yet completely implemented. Once it is, the players will learn of the changes;

– Regarding the players complaining about lag and packet loss: no amount of WoT optimization will make the data travel faster from server to WoT and vice versa;
关于玩家在抱怨卡顿和丢包的问题:WOT不管怎么优化都做不到让服务器和客户端之间的数据传输更快,反之亦然

– Current clientside Bigworld has nothing to do with the original Bigworld engine, it was reworked over the years to a WG-only engine;
现在客户端上的BigWorld引擎和原版的BigWorld已经没有任何关系了,在这么多年的重制当中它已经被重制成了一个WG自己的引擎

Storm is collecting info from RU players about the performance in 9.10 – apparently many players reported FPS drops in 9.10.

Nothing really new or interesting today. Starting tomorrow, new tanks should start appearing on supertest.
今天没什么干货。明天开始超测服上应该会有新车加入了

Wargaming made a decision from now on to simplify new tier 1 and 2 tanks by not adding so many modules. As such, the Czech tier 1 will have no unlockable modules save for second gun and tier 2 will have two modules (including stock) of everything or something like that.
WG决定要简化新一级和二级的小车,方法则是不去加入太多的模块。所以捷克线的一级车除了一根可以研发的主炮以外就不会有新模块了,二级车的话每种模块都有两个(包括一个白板的)的样子。

What do you think of this decision?
各位怎么看呢?
