– added new map “Kharkov”

– fixes and improvements on maps Arctic, Tundra, Komarin, Windstorm, North-West

斯塔克:初步判定为Louis. M. Stark,该列兵曾经隶属于美国第224反火炮探照灯联队。需要进一步资料支持。
