前言:SS今天31岁了。祝这位勤劳勇敢的捷克大叔生日快乐,并感谢他长久以来的杰出贡献。
另:今天QA比较长,请点开观看 

– the gameplay between WoT and WoTXbox is incompatible, Xbox version has various features to compensate for the clumsiness of the game controller, so that the gameplay could at least a bit compare to the mouse one
PC版和XBOX版的WOT的游戏性是不能拿来对比的,XBOX版有一些为了补偿手柄操作的不方便的机制,所以游戏性和鼠标比起来就不一样

– SerB states that the statement “Cybersport mostly consists of organizational matters, changes in the client are minimal” is not correct
SerB表示“电竞(模式)都是由事先做好的东西组成的,对客户端的改动微乎其微”这种说法是不对的

– SerB states that the 7/42 has different rating, because it’s for the e-sports players (SS: not every random player)
SerB表示7/42制有不同的评分是因为这个模式是给电竞玩家准备的(SS:并不是每一个打随机战斗的人都喜欢打电竞) 

– gun barrel in sniper mode (like in Xbox WoT) will not be implemented for two reasons: 1) it blocks a part of the sniper view 2) in real life, you couldn’t see the barrel thru the scope either
PC版开镜后不显示炮管的原因(但是XBOX版却显示)是因为①:它挡住了部分开镜之后的视线 ②现实生活中,你从观察镜看出去也是看不到自己的炮管的

– there will be no separate statistic for damage done by AP and gold shells
不会把拿AP弹和金币弹所造成的伤害分开计算

– German tech tree interface is already packed: if new tanks don’t fit, it will be made bigger
德国的科技树的大小早就已经被塞满了,如果新的坦克塞不进去的话,科技树会做的更大

– SerB states that three branches for each class in one nation are practically out of the question (for example 3 top arties), but it’s possible some classes will have three vehicles on the same tier, such as Object 430, Object 140 and T-62A
SerB表示一个国家的某种车型有三条线是完全不可能的(举个栗子,三个顶级火炮),但是有可能做成三个同等级的车(不是顶级),栗如430工程,140工程和T-62A

– city maps: when it’s done it’s done

– apparently, gold consumable mechanism (where you can accidentally activate it and it will fix useless damage, such as yellow tracks) won’t be changed

– SerB states that the mission crew XP coefficients are not multiplicative, but cumulative: for example if you fulfill 2 missions that give you 20 percent crew XP bonus each, it will NOT look like 1*1,2*1,2, but 1+0,2+0,2

– SerB states that there are no more “premium account” missions, because at this moment it’s possible to get free premium account from airplanes and there is no reason to implement two competing features
SerB表示不会再有“高级账户”这类的任务了,因为现在完全有可能通过战机世界来获得免费的高级账户,所以没有理由引入两个窝里斗的机制

– TD gold ammo nerfs anytime soon? “If needed”
啥时候砍一下TD的金币弹啊?“有必要的话”

– new tesselation technologies? (HBAO, HDAO) (SS: no idea what that means) “Wait for patch 0.9.0, there will be a lot in it, even though not everything you ask for”
新的密铺技术啥时候引入啊?(环境光遮蔽,高清环境光遮蔽)(SS:啊啊~我看不懂复杂的东西~)”等9.0吧,会有很多改动,而且还有许多你没问到的东西”

– devs are working on the improved physics (SS: independent roadwheel movement), they are currently fixing bugs of the system, work goes “normally”
开发团队在搞增强的图像(SS:独立的承重轮的旋转),他们正在修复系统中的一些BUG,工作进展“正常”

– SerB states that some bug fixes are delayed till next patch, because transferring a patch to the inner WG work server delays next patch development by weeks
SerB表示有些要修复的BUG被拖到下个补丁的原因是要把一个补丁弄到WG内部工作用的服务器会以周为计数拖延下个补的丁开发进度

– SerB, when asked why they are doing a mode for e-sports players, when there are so few of them: “Well, because there are so few of the e-sports players, we made the quick team filling mechanism for random players. It’s like when there’s professional football and when you have a match with friends in the yard. And for people who really don’t play sports we will make the historical battles after 7/42.” Also, SerB wanted to make historical battles before cybersports, but he was outvoted on that.
当SerB被问到为什么要给电竞玩家做一个模式,但是电竞玩家人数就很少的时候:“呃,正因为只有一小撮电竞玩家,我们就做了这个自动匹配的模式以方便随机玩家。就像是有人在踢世界杯,你和你的朋友们在后院上踢球一样。如果真的不喜欢7/42的话,还可以玩之后推出的历史战嘛。”SerB也表示他本来是想把历史战放在7/42之前搞的,但是在投票的时候被否决了

– SerB states that if you have a tank with low firepower, like stock T-34-2, you should “go after enemies with thin armor, scout, evade enemies, flank, go after arty”
SerB表示如果你的坦克火力很差,比如白板期的T-34-2,你应该“深入敌后,侦查敌情,避开敌人,菊爆火炮”

– Object 277, 279 and 770 are not planned
277,279以及770工程不在计划之内

– WoT “dramatic improvement of graphics” will be in “one of the upcoming patches”
坦克世界的“超大型图像升级”将会在“接下来的几个补丁中到来”

– SerB on War Thunder mixing airplanes and tanks in one battle: “We too are very skeptical about it – for normal mixing like that, you need to make a lot of unhistorical gameplay-related changes, take Battlefield as an example: to reduce the speed of airplanes to 200-300km/h, increase the speed of tanks to 60km/h, then we can talk. But when the hightier maximum speed differences differ 15 times (900 vs 60km/h), it’s really hard to make the gameplay interesting”
SerB对WT把飞机和坦克弄到一张地图上战斗的看法:“我们对此表怀疑态度—如果真的要把这两种混合起来的话,你需要很多不符合游戏性的调整,就拿战场来做个例子吧:你要把飞机的速度降低到200~300码,把坦克的速度提高到60码,然后我们再来继续讨论。不过当高级(飞机)的急速和你相差15倍的时候(900码vs60码),就真的很难把游戏性搞上去了。”

– SerB states that open hatches playing a role in HEAT impact is one of the urban legends. As an example, he cites a bottomed-up Abrams, penetrated by a HEAT warhead, when only one crewmember recieved burns.
SerB表示“在HEAT对目标打击时,是不是敞篷车是非常重要的”这个说法纯粹是都市传说,举个栗子,他引用了一辆被HEAT弹头掀翻并击穿的M1A1艾布拉姆斯,但是只有一个乘员收到了烧伤的例子

– Historical battles: vehicles will have a “historical” configurations, when you enter historical battle, the game will automatically put these historical modules on your tank and when you finish the battle, it will put the modules you had before back. If you don’t own the required modules (for example you sold the stock engine), they will be bought automatically.
关于历史战:车辆在进入历史战后会有一个“历史性”的配置,在游戏开始之前,系统会自动把那些历史性的配置放在你的车上,在结束之后卸下来。如果你并没有所需要的模块(例如你卖掉了白板发动机),系统会自动帮你买下来

– SerB, when asked why World of Tanks looks so terrible compared to War Thunder tanks: “How terrible. Demo-version, barely working on i7 with – if I noticed correctly – “bricks” instead of damage models is naturally better.” and “The old principle ‘grass is greener on the other side’ works for Gaijin, that has to be taken into account.”

– in the future, all nations (but not all tanks) will be able to participate in historical battles

– it’s not guaranteed that all nations will have captured tanks, but SerB will try to give them to each nation
现在并不保证所有国家都会有缴获版坦克,但是SerB会试着给每个国家塞一辆的

– apparently, how the multiturret mechanism will work will depend on how exactly will they make it work with client-server packets
现在多炮塔机制究竟如何工作还要看它与客户端数据包的兼容性了

– it’s possible that captured tanks will be available even in/for random battles (SS: here the Russian question is a bit unclear, I think it means that you will be able to play them in random, not get them in random)
缴获版坦克有可能通过随机战斗的方式(SS:这里这个毛服的提问的玩家问的不是很清楚。我觉得他的意思是能不能再随机战斗中玩,而不是能不能在打随机的时候获得他们)

– neither captured tanks nor multiturret tanks will come in 2013

– free premium account is now given via WoWp in order to test the united premium account option

– MAN and Daimler-Benz Tiger proposals won’t be implemented (not enough data)

– SerB states that the Soviet tanks are more “streamlined” than German “boxes” because “our school of construction was strongly influenced by Christie and the French (yes, the same AMX-40). Other than that, for our economy the cast armor was more reasonable”
SerB表示苏联的坦克都比较“流线型”,而不像德国的“大盒子”是因为“我们的建筑学校被法国人和克里斯提影响了(是的,和AMX-40一样)。除此之外,对于我们国家的经济而言,浇铸装甲看起来更靠谱一些”

– there might be more tier 8 premiums at some point, there are candidates available
也许未来会有更多的8级金币车,现在已经有了几辆候选车辆了

– no concrete plans for British hightier premium tanks
现在英国高级金币车还没有盖棺定论

– SerB states that there will be no submarines in WoWs, because they would have to be even less realistic than WoT arty
战舰世界中不会有潜水艇,因为他们会比坦克世界中的火炮还不真实

– new French tanks will not come anytime soon, but they will come
法国车会有的,但是近一段时间别想了

– the possibility to chat when the map is loading will be implemented with the new chat interface

– 7/42 mode for tier 10? “For tier 10 we have other plans”

– there are no plans to replace too new tanks with something else

– for now the E50/E50M unification is not even actually planned

– the improved graphics in WoT will include clearly visible welds, rivets, round roadwheels/barrels, segmented tracks, camouflage without current restrictions, modelled bottom of the tanks, independent suspension, stuff hanging on tanks (tools, boxes) flying off when hit, moving antennas, more realistic tank movement and other interesting stuff. “If someone thinks we are sleeping here, he is mistaken”

– there are plans for new hangars, Storm states he doesn’t know any details because he’s at home, but he really dislikes the non-premium hangar: “It looks like a torture room”

– improved graphics will come after 0.9.0, 0.9.0 will bring serious changes in map lighting

– Type 62 was removed from the shop, because it’s one of WZ-131 configurations in game

– there will be some changes on most critisized maps

– regarding KV-1S: there is a variant of short-barrel 122mm derp KV-1S being introduced as a premium tank, but SerB states he might introduce it as a regular tank

– teamdamage punishment is planned to become more strict

– there are no German candidates for “medium-like” high tier mediums (resembling T-54 for example)
德国没有“类中坦”的高级中坦候选车辆(类似于T-54的感觉)
