周年赶回老家给老人过大寿, 耽误大家看侧漏了, 深表遗憾,
今天量很大,慢慢看…. 还有0.8.6的机制变动, 真是大改啊!!!!

– Leopard 1 too weakly armored? “Don’t play Leopard1” and “It was really nice to troll whiners, knowing the armor thickness of this oversized light tank”
“豹1装甲太弱了肿么办?”

– the solution to nerf gold ammo pen and to increase its price was accepted, because “we consider out approach to be correct”
开发人猿认为削金币弹穿深和提高价格是正确的解决手段。

– Q: “Since there are new (German) camos being introduced, haven’t you thought about new inscriptions, such as ‘Gott mit uns’?” A: “Yep. And ‘Jedem das seine’ and ‘Arbeit macht Frei'”

开发人猿对游戏里玩家间的交流状况并不满意,计划通过“教育年轻玩家”来改善这个状况。

“当然有,拿皮带抽,然后只喂面包和凉水作为惩罚。”
(我们都知道SerB是在嘲讽,他另外也有正经地说教育孩子懂礼貌是父母的责任。)

– premium account won’t be split into active and nonactive parts (SS: a player suggested a hour-based premium account)
VIP帐号不会加入按小时购买的选项。

– if you have an arty researched and it gets moved to another tier, both that arty and the arty it gets replaced with will be unlocked (but not given)
在8.6,如果你有一门已经研发的火炮升级了,那么这门升级以后的火炮以及前面用来填补等级空位的新火炮都是已经研发的状态,但不会免费送任何一辆车。

– British arty will come in one of the following patches after 0.8.6
英系火炮会在8.6之后的某个补丁推出。 (原来你的肺也会说话。)

– when you sell a tank with gold (permanent) camo, the amount of money you get for selling it will be the same as if it didn’t have any camo at all

– Storm will announce the artillery accuracy changes on monday (SS: funnily enough, Storm specifically denied WG will mess around with shell gaussian distribution for arty, so I really wonder what’s going on)

– according to SerB, the KV-1S with 152mm howitzer is not historical, the pictures of KV-1S with a howitzer most likely show the version with a 122mm gun

– the L/70 on StuG III not having a muzzle brake is historical (SS: historically, there was indeed a L/70 project “Ausf.H” to arm StuG III with StuK 42. The superstructure however was quite different, “regular” StuG III (even Ausf.G) wouldn’t be able to carry it).
三秃子上的75L70炮没有炮口制退器的样子符合历史。

– the “2S*” Soviet SPG’s (SS: such as the 2S3 Akatsyia) won’t appear in game
那些“2S”开头的苏系自走炮不会出现在游戏里。

– dynamic objects on maps will be implemented (“when it’s done it’s done”)
地图上的动态物体会陆续推出。 (例如风车,推出时间没个准。)

– there is no “biggest maps”, 24 out of 34 maps have unified size: 1200x1200m
游戏里没有“最大的一张地图”,因为34张图里有24张都是1200米x1200米的大小。

– there will be other Sherman modifications (models) introduced into the game
未来会有其他改型的谢尔曼出现在游戏里。

– the small “bump” on the backside of the T-34 turret is a porthole for firing crew infantry weapons
T-34炮塔后面的小包其实是一个让车组可以用轻武器对外面开火的射击孔。

– when the T-34 driver’s hatch is closed (as in the game), the driver IRL cotrols the tank according to commander’s directions

地图里的水对于火炮的炮弹溅射没有任何影响。

– Storm confirms that the biggest map size is 1200x1200m, out of that number the 1000×1000 area is an “active gameplay area”
Storm说最大的地图尺寸确实是1200×1200米,那些地图标注的1000×1000米则是“活跃游戏范围”。(1000×1000米是红线限制的范围,实际地图大小是1200×1200,只是车辆过不去而已)

– current smaller maps (Himmelsdorf) won’t be made bigger in the future
现在比较小的地图 (例如700×700的锡城) 未来也不会改得更大。

– the reason for the tank silhouette not displaying when looking thru a fire of a burning tank is one of the properties of game render
隔着燃烧的坦克瞄准目标时,目标的车辆轮廓无法显示,这属于游戏的画面渲染问题。

– Storm doesn’t know whether the community will be officially informed about banned mods
Storm不确定是否会在玩家社群发表某些插件被禁的通知。 (似乎这里的社群应该理解为制作插件的社群?)

– arty nerf? “no comment”
(这里其实又是玩家根据泄露的消息发表抱怨,于是SerB就用跟昨天一样的理由表示不作评论。)

– SerB states that Wargaming intentionally doesn’t make its maps to resemble real life places (with real life names)
SerB表示WG是有意不把某些地图做得跟现实地区很相似的。

目前客户端物理效果制作得很顺利,不久就会发布一个视频来展现这些效果。

– the fate of Panzer IV Hydro and SU-85i is “excellent”
“液压四号和SU-85i的命运到底会怎么样?”

– the new camo system will take partially concealed tanks into consideration, it won’t come soon
新隐蔽系统的改动之一是把部分隐藏的车辆纳入考虑,整个系统不会很快做好。
(SerB没有详细解释,或许这里的意思是用房子或石头、地形等遮住部分车身的话,隐蔽值也会有变化?另外以前的问答里,新隐蔽系统的卫星预计至少要放到9.0。)

– the high shell price for the Centurion I gun is “a conspiracy”
百夫长I的高额弹药费“是一个阴谋”。 (SerB你们最近爱上用阴谋回答各种问题了嘛….)

– even though SerB was tempted to introduce Object 167M hull with the 122mm D-83 for T-62A, it won’t be implemented, it won’t get the 2A27 gun and 780hp engine either
(继续昨天,我对俄服原文的理解看来对了,所以继续照我的理解翻)
因为SerB成功地进行了交易的缘故,T-62A不会有167M工程的车身和122mm D-83炮,也不会有T-62Б的2A26滑膛炮 (俄服原文也写2A27,但应该是笔误)和780马力发动机。

– according to SerB, Object 120 (SS: SU-152 “Taran”) is too modern to implement
SerB表示120工程(SU-152“Taran”)太现代了,不会做进游戏。

– no realistic simulator is planned to be developed based on WoT
没有计划在WoT的基础上做个坦克模拟器出来。

– principially it’s possible to make maps not even-sided (SS: f.x. 1000×500), but there is no need to do that
理论上可以做出非正方形地图 (例如1000×500米),但开发人员认为没必要做。

– according to SerB, gasoline increasing the turret rotation speed is realistic, because the increased engine RPM transfers to the turret rotator via gears. Other power improvement consumables (LL oil f.x.) don’t have such effect, because Russian tanks (which use them) have electric-driven turret rotation (SS: this is true. For example in Tiger, the turret rotation speed was directly tied to the actual engine RPM)
SerB表示汽油补给能增加炮塔转动速度符合史实,因为很多坦克的炮塔转速是跟发动机转速挂钩的 (例如黑豹);而其它的马力增强补给没有这个能力,因为苏联坦克用的是电驱动炮塔。

– there is “no guarantee” that reward tanks (such as the M60, Failowe and Object 279) will appear for other nations too

– SerB states there were other possibilities for Soviet tier 10 medium spot, but in the end, Wargaming picked the serially-produced vehicle (the rest were prototypes/paper tanks)
SerB表示选择10极苏系中坦的时候是有其他候选车的,不过最后还是选了T-62A。

– SU-122-44 and T-44 might not have the same amount of suspension hitpoints (SS: in fact, the SU-122-44 suspension has the same amount of HP as the T-44 stock one, T-44 elite one has cca 25 percent more)
SU-122-44不一定有跟T-44一样的履带血量。 (很正常,车辆等级和零件等级不一样血量通常就不同。游戏里的SU-122-44的履带是7级零件,跟T-44的白板履带血量一样,等级一样;T-44的升级履带是8级,血量也高了。)

– SerB on leaks (whether he thinks there are too many lately): “Yes, generally, there are rumors and then there are rumors. There isn’t much harm from them, but if we catch the leakers, we’ll take action.”
SerB表示那些8.6泄露信息不会有多少害处,但如果找到泄密者的话还是会进行处理。

– the devs are collecting statistics on stock vehicles too
WG也有收集白板车辆的统计数据。

– the possibility to reload faster when the tank is standing won’t happen, it would encourage camping
不会有“车辆静止不动可以让装填加快”这种功能,因为显然会助长蹲坑党的势力。

– the arties of various tiers will have the same MM as tanks in 0.8.6
8.6里,火炮的分房范围会跟同级坦克一样。

– in the new patch, the role of spaced armor vs HEAT will become more significant, but Panzer IV Schmalturm’s side “grid” plates still won’t count as spaced armor (too thin) – “for several reasons”
在8.6里,间隙装甲将会对HEAT弹有更明显的效果,不过豹头四 (德系六级金币中坦)的网格状侧裙因为一些原因并没有被做成间隙装甲。
(因为那两块网格实在不能算装甲,所以只有外观模型,没有装甲模型。)

– the +/-25 RNG for pen and damage won’t be changed
炮弹穿深和伤害的正负25%随机浮动值不会改变。 (周经问题)

– the frontal spaced armor of Superpershing actually consists of two armor plates behind each other and then the vehicle armor itself. However, the second layer of spaced armor won’t be taken into account, as its influence on HEAT protection is very small
超级潘兴的前装甲现实中是在基础车体装甲上叠加了另外两块装甲。不过,游戏里的装甲模型只把最外层做成间隙装甲,第二层装甲厚度被直接算进主车体装甲上了,所以只有一层间隙装甲的效果。(虽然外观模型还是两层附加装甲。)

– Q: “You have always said that TD’s get the same amount of XP for battle as the heavies and meds and suddenly, it’s different, how come?” A: “Well, that’s what we are like – evil and nasty.”
“为什么你们以前说TD的经验收益跟中重坦一样,现在又不是这样了?”
“因为我们既肮脏又邪恶。”

– Q: “How can we trust your answers then?” A: “You trust them or you don’t – your choice.”

– Q: “You said you wouldn’t change the stats for premium vehicles, yet here you did with the LeFH – do you expect players to keep buying premium tanks after all that?” A: “Yes, based on previous experiences.”
“你说你们不会修改金币车的数据,然后你们这次又砍105 leFH18B2(法系金币火炮)了,你们觉得玩家以后还会再买金币车吗?”
“根据以往的经验,还是会有人买。”
(事实上以前的问答原话是“很不愿意修改金币车数据”,所以无论说这话之前还是之后,WG都修改过金币车数据,他们真心要改还是会改,大户们该买金币车还是会买。)

– SerB explaining how aiming and shooting works: “There is a point, where at the moment of the shot, the gun of the tank is aiming at. After that, random deviation is taken into account. After that, the shell flies along the trajectory, calculated from the point plus the deviation – and whether a part of enemy tank or nothing at all is located in the trajectory path when the shell arrives, that depends already on that specific situation.” (SS: the translation is not literal, had to modify it to make better sense in English. It basically was a reaction on a player hinting that the hit/miss might be predetermined by the time the gun shoots.)
SerB解释瞄准与命中过程:首先在按下开炮键的那一刻,从炮管指向为起点,做一个随机偏差计算 (应该是根据精度做的落弹分布),然后炮弹根据计算结果沿着弹道飞行,直到飞行途中碰到坦克模型或者其它什么东西,才会判定命中了什么东西或命中了什么部分。
(SS和我都为了翻译得更通顺有些描述上的调整,我相信意思基本上正确。另外,这条问答是因为有玩家认为 “在开炮的那一刻已经预先判定了命中还是打飞” 而出现的)

– if the game was realistic, all the tanks (except for the Russian ones) wouldn’t be able to move the turret (SS: or move it extremely slowly – “handcranking”) when the engine is damaged/destroyed (SS: Russian tanks have electric-driven turrets) – this was not implemented so players wouldn’t whine too much
有人问:“有些坦克是靠发动机提供动力驱动炮塔的,为什么游戏里没有坦克会因为发动机被击毁/击伤而无法转动炮塔/炮塔转动很慢呢?”
答:“因为这样做才不会老是有一堆人跳出来抱怨。”
(这里SS又脑补了,原文并没有说除了苏联外其他坦克转炮塔都依靠主发动机,事实上有些比较早期的坦克是手动转炮塔的,例如二号三号,也有安装专用发动机来驱动炮塔的,例如M4 谢尔曼。)

– the camo changes in 0.8.6 are not final, completely reworked camo system will come much later
8.6的隐蔽相关修改只是新隐蔽系统改动的一部分,要完成整个新隐蔽系统的重做需要更久的时间。 (以前的卫星是0.9.0版本改,现在可能到9.0都不一定改得完)

– SerB doesn’t expect flood of arty and TD’s after buffing their XP income in 0.8.6
“你们不怕8.6改高了TD和火炮经验收益后满大街都是火炮/TD吗?”
“不怕。”

– the 5 arty hardcap will stay in 0.8.6
8.6依然会有每队最多5门火炮的硬上限。

– the special arty aim circle shell distribution applies in both artymode (satellite view) and regular mode
火炮在普通模式和鹰眼模式下的精度是相同的。
(因为原问题缺少了一段引用的东西,不能肯定SS说的这个“ special arty aim circle shell distribution”是原话,所以只翻了Storm的回答。)

Storm表示8.6除了火炮以外,所有的炮都会变得更精准,原本精准的炮会变得准上加准。
(俄服原文有特别提到“除了火炮”,特此补充。)

– in connection with increased accuracy, the conditions for Sniper medal won’t change
即使炮会变得更精准,神炮手勋章的获得条件也不会改变。

– in 0.8.6 there still will be differences between camo coefficients of small and huge TD’s
8.6里,大体型TD和小体型TD的隐蔽系数依然会有分别。

– the camo bonus of bushes will be nerfed only slightly
8.6对于草丛的隐蔽加成只会有轻微削弱。 (看情况吧,我觉得如果测试发现隐蔽还是太强肯定会多削点的….)

– according to Storm, Jagdpanzer IV and other such vehicles will be affected by the camo changes only slightly
“听说8.6要砍草丛隐蔽,那四歼之类常卧草的车是不是没活路了?”
“不会没活路,影响并不大。”(参考上一条,指草从隐蔽变化不大。)
(感觉SS的英文描述可能会引起误读,所以改用了俄服原文的表达。)

– 0.8.6 won’t bring crew perk/skill reset, the crew “camouflage” skill will work the same way it did pre-0.8.6
8.6不会提供车组技能重置福利,因为车组的隐蔽技能效果并没有改变。

– huge vehicles won’t get a big camo bonus in 0.8.6
巨大体型的车辆在8.6也不会获得太大的隐蔽加成。 (有玩家担心T92会变得可以在空地上隐形。囧)

– Type 59 MM weight won’t be changed apparently

新的徽章/标志会在接下来的某个补丁里推出。 (肺得一手好话)

– 0.8.6 will bring one new map
8.6会有一张新地图。

– company arty limits will be reworked, apparently Champion companies will be able to employ T7 arties (no more details)
各级联队可以带的火炮等级也会改变。 (5月14日的问答有说4、6、8级联队分别可以带4、6、8级火炮 —— 当然测试后也有可能再修改标准。。。。)
