Before we start – one thing. I have to optimize FTR operation a bit, but I don’t want to sacrifice things I (and you) like, so I’ll sacrifice something I don’t like. From this point onwards, no news on World of Warships will appear on FTR. Based on the things from the alpha test and the last public test, I do not have faith in the game, I do not like ships and I do believe it’s a niche product, that will end up better than WoWp, but not by a lot. Sorry. But there’s some public test again, good luck with it.
在开始之前—我先说个事。我必须要对FTR进行一点优化,但是我并不想要牺牲我所喜欢(而且各位也)喜欢的东西,所以我就要牺牲一点我不喜欢的东西。从这一帖起,FTR上不会再出现任何战舰世界有关的新闻。基于Alpha测试和上一次公开测试的反馈,我对这游戏没啥太大把握,我并不喜欢船,而且我相信这个游戏是小众向的,最后应该会比战机世界好一点,但是依然好的有限。但是很快又要再来一轮公开测试了,祝你好运。 

And now, back to tanks.
现在说回坦克。 

– it’s possible that there will be new perks, modules and consumables, but it’s not guaranteed they will come this year
有可能会有新技能,新的模块以及新的消耗品,但是现在并不保证今年就能出

– currently, WG is reworking WoT audio under to the “wwise” system, unclear as to what will it mean for WoT players

– the spawn point distribution (as in, how vehicles are placed within the spawn area) are chosen so that they are evenly distributed and balanced
出生点的分布(也就是车辆是如何被放置在出生区中的)是定好的,这样它们就是均匀散布,而且是平衡的

– the issue with small objects of houses (like porches, stairs) being undestructible – this will be reworked, but not soon (during “complete content overhaul”)
部分房子的小物件(栗如门廊,楼梯啥的)没法被破坏的问题—这个会被重制,但是近期不会有(在“内容完全重制”的时候)

– AMX CDC is still being balanced, it’s too early to judge it

– WoT will not have a separate subscription-based server

– Storm states that the nostalgia after old patches is just the effect of human memory of remembering only good things. The reality, when comparing them to the current state of the game, they suck. Not so long ago, WG was “testing” an old version of the game (6.0 or something), it was terrible.
Storm表示现在那些怀念旧版本的人都只是人类的大脑只会记住美好的记忆所造成的。事实上把当时的情况和现在拿来一比,以前那东西就显的烂透了。不久之前,WG曾经“测试”过一个老版本的游戏(6.0还是啥的),非常烂。 

– the issue that the medal for the winter mode (on RU server) is not found in correct medal section will be fixed
雪球模式的勋章(毛服的问题)并没有出现在正确的勋章分类内的问题会被解决

– it’s unclear whether there will be any second American medium line with T95/T96 (SS: Storm evaded the question)
现在还不清楚会不会有带T95/T96的美国中坦二线(SS:Storm回避了问题)

– HD IS-3 will come “when it’s done”
高清的IS-3要“when it’s done”才会出

– regarding the HD rework of Type 59 and Jagdtiger 88 (and their unhistorical armor), it’s not sure yet what will happen (“we will think how to do it correctly”), the decision was not taken yet
关于把59式和猎虎88重制成高清的工作(还有猎虎88那非史实的装甲)现在还不知道会发生什么(“我们会想想怎么才能把这事做对”),现在还没有下决定

– the amount of arty in battles is satisfactory
现在战斗中火炮的数量令人满意

– it’s possible technologies from other WG projects will be implemented into WoT

– earlier, multicore support was impossible due to Umbra middleware. This situation has changed.
早些时候没能支持多核处理器的原因是由于Umbra中间件导致的。这个情况已经得到了改变。

– Storm states he doesn’t play arty, but other WG devs that do a lot (experts) like the Battle Assistant mode
Storm说他不玩火炮,但是那些打了很多火炮的其它的WG开发团队成员(高玩们)还是很喜欢那个火炮曲射视角插件的

– developers have thought about implementing Battle Assistant mode into World of Tanks, but Storm states it would have to come along with an arty nerf, so for now no proper solution was found
开发团队曾经考虑过要把曲射视角加入到WOT中,但是Storm说这样火炮就得再砍一刀了,所以现在暂时找不到什么合适的解决办法

– Storm openly says that the Battle Assistant mod does give players an advantage in game
Storm公开说明火炮曲射视角的确给与了玩家们在游戏中的一些优势

– some of the solutions for arty (should the Battle Assistant mode be implemented) include showing arty reload timers to players or to designate the sector where the arty is firing from (SS: now that’s just copying Armored Warfare)
部分火炮的解决办法(曲射视角是否应该被证实加入游戏)包括对玩家们显示火炮的瞄准时间,或者是向玩家们指出火炮到底是从哪里开火的(SS:这就开始抄Armored Warfare了)

– three equipment slots are “an axiom” in WG (SS: as in, won’t change)
三个装备槽在WG内部是“一条真理”(SS:也就是不会有改动)

– Storm doesn’t consider the manual enabling of Personal Missions a fail, both manual and automatic enabling have their advantages and disadvantages. The advantages include “informed choice of mission”. There’s not “too much clicking” involved in Storm’s opinion.
Storm并不认为玩家需要手动启用个人任务是个败笔,手动和自动启用都各自有自己的优劣势。(手动启用的)优势包括“让你知道任务有哪些可以选”。Storm认为(手动启用任务)也不用多点几下

– IM filters will be reworked
独立任务的筛选器会被重制

– Storm states that the situation where strong clans dominate the stronghold mode is fine – it’s “strongest survives”, otherwise there would be no motivation
Storm表示现在那些很强的军团统治了整个要塞模式没啥问题—“强者生存”,不然这模式就没啥动机(刺激大家去玩)了

– there was no promise made that there would be a special mode suitable for weaker clans
现在还不能保证会有给那些比较弱的军团所做的特殊模式

– artillery accuracy was not “secretly nerfed”, “all the changes are in patchnotes”
火炮的精准度并没有被“偷偷削弱”,“所有的改动都在补丁信息中”

– it’s not technically possible to set a different accuracy spread for individual tanks
从技术手段上来说是没法做到给单独的车辆设置单独的散布系数的

– for now, no premium account buffs are planned
现在没有要Buff高级账号的计划

– there is no info in internal WG plans for better clan management functions
现在没有关于WG内部对于如何能够更好的管理军团的计划的消息

– an “extension” of team battles is currently being developed
现在正在开发一个7/54模式的“拓展版”

– the next branch to involve “monster tanks” á la Maus will be the Japanese heavies

– the render range will be changed to circle soon, WG expects exploiters (who use this for trick shots) to whine
渲染距离很快会被改成圆形,WG已经预料到那些利用了这一点的人(利用这一点来打出一些很奇妙的炮弹的人)会开始喷

– the removal of platoon element in IM’s is not planned for now
现在暂时没有计划要移除个人任务中对于组队的条件

– it’s possible that tanks with limited MM (FCM 50t) will be removed from the shop

– Panzer V/IV rebalance will not come anytime soon

– no ETA on HD M6A2E1 premium tank, as “it’s not all up to Wargaming”

– very long battles (possibly with PvE element) that the players will be able to join in progress are planned
有计划可以让玩家加入那些非常长的战斗(栗如有PVE元素在里面的战斗)

– reconnect mechanism (of a client after a connection loss) will be reworked
重连机制(在客户端掉线之后)会被重制

– Storm cannot publish Stronkhold statistics regarding amounts of clans and the tier of their bases
Storm不能公布关于要塞模式中军团数量以及它们基地的等级的数据

– roaming was cancelled. The reason is the inadequacy of Russian server players, who would abuse it to screw with battles on other servers. There are however also problems not related with RU behavior – mass migrations might harm server stability.
漫游机制取消了。原因是怕有毛服的玩家会利用它,漫游到其他服务器上然后开始扰乱正常的游戏。然而除此之外还有一些任务—大量的漫游玩家有可能会对服务器的稳定性造成影响。

– it’s possible that more settings will be introduced to minimap (fonts and such), but no guarantees
小地图选项有可能会加入更多的设置(能调字体什么的),但是不做保证

– there will NOT be skill MM
不会有水平分房的

– Storm states that server for 50+ winrate players would not be successful, as players would leave it quickly “due to the increased difficulty of battles”
Storm说弄一个只有胜率在50%以上的玩家才能进入的服务器不会有好结果的,因为玩家们会由于“战斗难度增加”而很快离开这个服务器

– T95E2 is apparently fine statistically (counting in the fact skilled players have it in their hands), later however Storm states he’ll have a look at it
T95E2的数据表现还好(考虑到现在那些高玩手里有这辆车的问题),然而后面Storm说他会去看一下

– Q: “WG sucks, everything is bad, WoT sucks and you devs suck!” A: “Shit happens. Don’t overeat in the night, do excercises in the morning and everything’s going to be fine.”
问:“WG是坨屎,什么都是屎,WOT屎透了,你们这群开发团队也是屎!”答:“大家都要拉屎的,你看,晚上的时候别吃太多的屎,早上多做做运动,你就能拉屎了”

– Storm confirms that he is aware of the “too many draws on Swamp map” issue, the map will be reworked. If these changes do not improve the situation, the map will be removed.
Storm肯定说他知道“黑暗沼泽平局过多”的问题,这张图会被重制。如果这些改动还是不能解决问题的话,那这图就会被移除掉。

– Storm states that the amount of team battle players is not dropping, it’s slowly rising actually. There are plans to develop the mode further.
Storm表示7/54模式的玩家人数并没有下降,而是在慢慢的上涨。现在有要进一步开发这个模式的计划。

– the appearance of FV4202 in 9.6 test (for supertesters) does NOT mean that there will be two FV4202′s at the same time (premium and non-premium), it means that the premium FV4202 will simply be tested for longer time
FV4202出现在9.6测试中(用于超测)的事情并不意味着游戏中会同时出现两个FV4202(金币的和非金币的),这只意味着金币的FV4202会被测试更长时间。

– Czechoslovak branch in WoT: “I cannot say anything. Well, I can, but I can’t.”

– 9.7 will bring AMX-30? “That I also cannot say :(”
9.7会带来AMX-30吗?“那也是禁则事项:(”

– WG is working on increasing the map size. No details for now, it’s not clear yet to which size and which maps will be made bigger.
WG正在搞大尺寸的地图,现在暂时没有细节。现在还不清楚哪些尺寸以及哪些地图会被弄大。
– MM 3.0 – “for now it’s just a theory, it will take a long time to implement”. Storm confirms there will be MM fixes, but it will definitely not each team having a vehicle of certain class (“slots”).
MM3.0—“现在只是理论而已,需要很长时间才能实装”。Storm肯定了到时候会对MM进行修正,但是肯定不会是让每个队伍都含有特定数量的某种车(“填坑”)那种。

– regarding the client size, Storm states that one vehicle is now cca 30 MB, so all the vehicles are like 400 * 30 = 12 Gigs. For players with weak computers, there will be a special SD variant (SD client) with reduced texture quality.
关于客户端大小的事情,Storm说现在一辆车大概就是30MB,所以所有的车加在一起大概就是400*30 = 12G。照顾到那些电脑不是很好的玩家,到时候会有一个单独的标清客户端,材质的质量会有所压缩

– Veider talks about the upcoming TD viewrange nerf: it will not harm TD’s, unless you are scouting with them or something. It did not come up in vacuum. Statistics were made and analyzed. The problem with TD viewrange is that TD’s do not “scout” (light targets up) much in the battles, they only do that at the end of the battle, when they are in critical situation. In such cases, they are OP in defense – thanks to their viewrange it’s difficult to attack them. Generally, the change will not influence the class gameplay, nobody will kick TD’s out of the bushes.
Veider谈到了TD们视野马上要被砍的事情:这对TD没什么害处,除非你是拿TD去点人傻的。这个决定也不是一拍大腿就想出来的。他们收集了数据,还进行了分析。关于TD的视野的问题是他们并不会在战斗中去“点亮”(去点亮敌人),而是只有在每盘末尾,陷入了危险境地的时候才需要用到这些数据。在这种情况下,它们在防守上是很OP的—由于视野的原因,想要攻击它们就变的很难。总的来说,这么砍了一刀之后并不会影响TD这个车型的游戏性,反正没人会把TD从草丛里踹出去点亮。

– it’s possible that in the future, some TD’s will have their accuracy nerfed
未来,部分TD的精准度可能会被砍

– gameplay inertia is taken into account in balance changes
对于(某辆车的)游戏性的惯性(习惯)在平衡的时候也是有所考虑的

– Aufklärungspanzer Panther will be completely removed, not made premium
侦查豹会被彻底移除,不会做成金币车

– it’s “completely possible” that Italy and Sweden will get completely independent trees
意大利和瑞典“完全有可能”会有自己的独立的科技树

– it’s possible girl crews will get girl voiceover
女性乘员有可能会有女性语音

– one of the variants of dealing with platoon IM’s (change them) is to allow these missions to be played by solo players too, but with more difficult conditions. For now however, the platoon requirement stays.
有一种解决独立任务中需要组队的问题的办法(改变条件的办法)就是允许这些任务可以被单人完成,但是条件会变的更难一些。然而现在,这些条件是不会改的。

– developers will not increase the amount of equipment slots for gold (it’s pay to win too much)
开发团队并不会加入花金币购买更多的装备槽的功能的(这样有偏袒氪金玩家的嫌疑) 

– Havok will not increase WoT’s minimal requirements, as it will be optional

– tank shell trajectory will not be changed to resemble a curve on horizontal plane

– progress bar of IM’s in battle is already being developed

– it will not be possible to select IM directly in battle
想要在战斗中直接选择独立任务是不行的

– Japanese premium MT (STA-2) is almost ready
日系金币中坦(STA-2)就快搞定了

– Storm states that lags and freezes when switching to arty mode stopped being a massive problem after the fixed from last patches
Storm表示切换到火炮鹰眼视角时候会有卡顿和卡死的问题在他们在上个补丁中进行修复之后就不是个大问题了

– the option to transfer XP from one crewmember to another will not be implemented
不会有可以把经验从一个乘员转移到另一个成员身上的机能

– Minsk map will not be implemented apparently
不会有明斯克地图的

– it’s possible company mode will be completely removed
联队战有可能会被彻底移除

– Chat 2.0 is in the implementation process. It has however issues when the amount of players is too high.
聊天系统2.0已经进入了实装作业中,但是现在它在玩家人数过多的时候还是会有问题

– developers are working on HD maps as well
开发团队同时也在搞高清地图

– it’s possible Sh-37 Soviet gun penetration will be revisited
苏联的Sh-37这杆炮的穿深有可能会重新进行考虑

– low caliber autocannons with limited range will not have their range increased, it’s not just a game issue, but also a server performance issue
那些飞行距离有限的小口径弹夹炮的飞行距离不会上涨,这不只是游戏上的问题,而且和服务器的性能也有关

– it’s likely that perk rebalance will not come this year
今年年内可能是看不见技能的重平衡了

– KV-5 miniturret buff would only come at the expense of that tank losing its limited MM
KV-5的奶子炮塔想要被Buff的话就必须要把它现在的分房保护给弄掉作为代价

– unique perks for events will not be implemented
没有计划要搞给活动准备的特殊的技能

– the result of the recent armor role discussion will be a nerf of several outstanding guns’ penetration, but beyond that, nothing for now, these “quite possibly” include 300mm+ pen guns
最近的关于装甲所扮演的角色的讨论的结论是有可能会对某些穿深过高的主炮的穿深砍上一刀,但是除此之外就没啥了。现在那些候选炮“很有可能”是那些穿深300+的炮。

– new emblems are not planned for now
没计划要做新的徽章

– Storm played more than before lately, didn’t like IS-8 so he switched to US M6
Storm最近玩的比以前要多了,他不太喜欢IS-8,于是跑去玩美国的M6了

– Q: “What’s with garage battles?” A: “Nothing”
问:“车库战咋了?”答:“没啥”

– 30 x 30 format was scrapped for now
现在暂时放弃了30×30的战斗

– low to mid tier vehicles will not recieve limited +1/-1 MM
中低级小车不会有±1的分房的

– multiturret mechanism is not being developed for now
现在没有在开发多炮塔机制

– AMX CDC and T-54 model 1945 will not have limited MM

– Tiger L/56 is a tester tank, no decision about it yet

– Panther 88 will not recieve limited MM

– T67 will be investigated for being OP (SS: as in, possibly nerfed)

– Prokhorovka and Swamp will not be limited to tiers 1-6

– Storm states that there is no such thing as a “corridor maps trend”, the result of the entire “corridor” discussion/whine were changes on several specific maps
Storm表示说现在并没有要做更多“走廊地图”的趋势,之前导致了一大片讨论“走廊”的问题/喷是因为对特定地图进行了改动而造成的

– Severogorsk was removed because it was boring
别洛伐尔斯克被移除的原因是它太无聊了

– Object 260 will not be nerfed for now, too few statistics are available

– TD2 mission will be investigated, there’s possibly a bug.
TD2的任务会被调查,有可能有Bug

– AMX CDC will possibly be a normal (purchaseable) premium tank, but it’s not totally sure yet
