In 10.0, IS-8 is getting renamed to “T-10” and receives a slight set of changes
10.0中，IS-8会被改名叫做“T-10”，而且还获得了一些轻微的改动

– small buff of stabilization
稳定性被稍微Buff了一下

– hull traverse buffed from 30 to 32
车身转速从30°/秒Buff到32°/秒

– terrain resistance buffed from 1,055/1,247/1,918 to 0,959/1,055/1,822
地形阻力从1,055/1,247/1,918Buff到0,959/1,055/1,822

The armor changes too:
