this post is not the final and extensive list of armor changes, only the vehicles listed in the patchnotes appear here. Well, let\u2019s have a look at what was changed. The English patchnotes can be found\u00a0here<\/a>, but strangely enough, there are some differences between the RU and US version, so I am going to use the Russian one.

This tank recieved a buff. The entire frontal plate (lower and upper) was changed to 200mm, the machinegun nest weakspot disappeared. The roof of the elite turret recieved a buff and it looks like this:

\nFunnily enough, it seems like despite what was written in the patchnotes, they forgot to up the roof like they stated. Oh well.

The armor thicknesses were not changed, the entire vehicle was just kinda re-sized (the longer is the new one), the \u201cspaced\u201d mantlet also disappeared and was turned into a regular frontal armor thick plate.

A mild nerf I would say. The maximum thickness of the spaced armor reduced from 100mm to 80mm, but on the other hand, now the entire frontal The frontal part of the upper frontal plate was buffed however from 30 to 50mm or so and the commander copula and driver\u2019s vision slit seem a bit more vulnerable. Nothing serious (the one with red upper frontal plate is new)
\n\u8981\u6211\u8bf4\u5c31\u662f\u5c0f\u780d\u4e86\u4e00\u4e0b\u3002\u95f4\u9699\u88c5\u7532\u7684\u6700\u5927\u539a\u5ea6\u4ece100mm\u4e0b\u8c03\u5230\u4e8680mm\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u6574\u4e2a\u6b63\u9762\u9996\u4e0a\u7684\u539a\u5ea6\u90fd\u88ab\u4ece30mmbuff\u5230\u4e8650mm\u5de6\u53f3\u7684\u6837\u5b50\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u8f66\u957f\u6307\u6325\u5854\u4ee5\u53ca\u9a7e\u9a76\u5458\u7684\u89c2\u5bdf\u7a97\u770b\u8d77\u6765\u4e5f\u66f4\u597d\u6253\u4e86\u3002\u6ca1\u4ec0\u4e48\u4e86\u518d\u5c31\uff08\u9996\u4e0a\u662f\u7ea2\u8272\u7684\u90a3\u4e2a\u662f\u65b0\u7684\u6a21\u578b\uff09<\/span><\/p>\n

Russian patchnotes do mention the armor changes in M48A1, but I didn\u2019t notice any. On the other hand, the American patchnotes mention armor changes in\u00a0M8A1<\/strong>\u00a0and the Russian ones don\u2019t. M8A1 did indeed had a small change \u2013 the stock turret had its partial roof nerfed from 44mm to 10mm or something like that.
\n\u6bdb\u5b50\u7684\u8865\u4e01\u4fe1\u606f\u4e2d\u7684\u786e\u63d0\u5230\u4e86\u5bf9M48A1\u7684\u6539\u52a8\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u6211\u597d\u50cf\u6ca1\u770b\u89c1\u3002\u7136\u800c\u7f8e\u56fd\u7684\u8865\u4e01\u4fe1\u606f\u4e2d\u5374\u63d0\u5230\u4e86\u5bf9M8A1\u7684\u6539\u52a8\uff0c\u800c\u6bdb\u5b50\u7684\u6ca1\u6709\u3002M8A1\u7684\u786e\u662f\u5c0f\u6539\u4e86\u4e00\u4e0b\u2014\u767d\u677f\u70ae\u5854\u7684\u5929\u82b1\u677f\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u7684\u539a\u5ea6\u4ece44mm\u4e0b\u8c03\u81f310mm\u7684\u6837\u5b50<\/span><\/p>\n

The armor got reworked. For starters, the mantlet is not 60mm thick anymore, now it\u2019s 100mm. The segmenting of armor is much more detailed, but overall, despite the color changes you might see, the armor remains roughly the same. The segmented (with \u201ctriangles\u201d) is the new one.
\n\u88c5\u7532\u88ab\u91cd\u5236\u4e86\u3002\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u70ae\u76fe\u539a\u5ea6\u4e0d\u518d\u662f60mm\u4e86\uff0c\u73b0\u5728\u662f100mm\u3002\u88c5\u7532\u7684\u5206\u6bb5\u66f4\u52a0\u660e\u663e\u4e86\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u5c3d\u7ba1\u4f60\u5728\u56fe\u4e0a\u770b\u5230\u4e86\u989c\u8272\u7684\u53d8\u5316\uff0c\u88c5\u7532\u539a\u5ea6\u8fd8\u662f\u5dee\u4e0d\u591a\u7684\u3002\u6709\u5206\u6bb5\u7684\uff08\u5c31\u662f\u6a21\u578b\u4e0a\u7684\u201c\u4e09\u89d2\u5f62\u201d\uff09\u662f\u65b0\u7684\u6a21\u578b\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

SU-100<\/strong><\/p>\n

Despite the changed colors you can see on the pictures, the armor of SU-100 practically did not change. The one thing that disappeared is the driver\u2019s hatch weakspot. The colors changed in this interpretation because the amount of different armor groups got cut roughly by one half for some reason. The only really small thing that got changed \u2013 the tiny red zones (the \u201cweld\u201d between upper and lower frontal plate) got changed from 120mm to 100mm and the sizes shifted a bit, but otherwise, that\u2019s it (the one without the frontal armor weakspot is the new one).
\n\u5c3d\u7ba1\u4f60\u5728\u56fe\u7247\u4e0a\u770b\u5230\u4e86\u989c\u8272\u4e0a\u7684\u53d8\u5316\uff0c\u5176\u5b9eSU-100\u7684\u88c5\u7532\u8fd8\u662f\u6ca1\u4ec0\u4e48\u6539\u52a8\u3002\u552f\u4e00\u6d88\u5931\u7684\u4e1c\u897f\u662f\u9a7e\u9a76\u5458\u7684\u90a3\u4e2a\u8231\u76d6\u3002\u5728\u8fd9\u91cc\u5173\u4e8e\u989c\u8272\u4f1a\u53d8\u7684\u89e3\u91ca\u662f\u56e0\u4e3a\u67d0\u79cd\u539f\u56e0\uff0c\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u88c5\u7532\u5206\u7ec4\u7684\u6570\u91cf\u88ab\u780d\u6389\u4e86\u4e00\u534a\u3002\u53ea\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u5c0f\u4e1c\u897f\u6539\u4e86\u2014\u90a3\u4e2a\u5c0f\u5c0f\u7684\u7ea2\u8272\u533a\u57df\uff08\u9996\u4e0a\u9996\u4e0b\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u201c\u710a\u63a5\u201d\u533a\u57df\uff09\u7684\u539a\u5ea6\u4ece120mm\u4e0b\u8c03\u81f3100mm\uff0c\u5927\u5c0f\u4e5f\u6539\u4e86\u3002\u9664\u6b64\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u6ca1\u4e86\u3002\uff08\u6ca1\u6709\u6b63\u9762\u88c5\u7532\u5f31\u70b9\u7684\u90a3\u4e2a\u662f\u65b0\u6a21\u578b\uff09<\/span><\/p>\n
