It is influenced and NOT influenced by many things! What does matter?<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">\u6bcf\u6b21\u5728\u73a9\u5bb6\u8fdb\u884c\u9f50\u5c04\u65f6\uff0c\u6e38\u620f\u4f1a\u5373\u65f6\u7684\u521b\u5efa\u4e00\u4e2a\u6563\u5e03\u533a\u3002\u8fd9\u4e2a\u6563\u5e03\u533a\u4f1a\u53d7\u5230\u5f88\u591a\u4e1c\u897f\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u5f88\u591a\u4e1c\u897f\u4e5f\u4e0d\u4f1a\u5f71\u54cd\u5b83\u3002\u5f71\u54cd\u7684\u53c2\u6570\u662f\uff1a<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Dispersion parameters. Basically, dispersion of a given salvo has the following parameters: horizontal and vertical dispersion (together, they determine dispersion ellipse), and sigma count. Sigma count basically determines the density of a salvo towards ellipse center.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">\u6563\u5e03\u7cfb\u6570\u3002\u6bcf\u4e00\u6b21\u9f50\u5c04\u7684\u6563\u5e03\u90fd\u62e5\u6709\u4ee5\u4e0b\u53c2\u6570\uff1a\u6c34\u5e73\u548c\u5782\u76f4\u6563\u5e03\uff08\u8fd9\u4e24\u4e2a\u7cfb\u6570\u4f1a\u51b3\u5b9a\u6563\u5e03\u533a\u7684\u5927\u5c0f\uff09\u4ee5\u53caSigma\u7cfb\u6570\u3002Sigma\u7cfb\u6570\u57fa\u672c\u5c31\u662f\u51b3\u5b9a\u9f50\u5c04\u65f6\u4f1a\u843d\u5230\u692d\u5706\u5f62\u4e2d\u95f4\u7684\u70ae\u5f39\u7684\u5bc6\u5ea6\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Vertical and horizontal dispersion\u00a0always grow with range.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">\u5782\u76f4\u548c\u6c34\u5e73\u6563\u5e03\u7cfb\u6570\u4f1a\u968f\u7740\u8ddd\u79bb\u53d8\u5927\u800c\u53d8\u5927\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Dispersion ellipse is initially projected on your aiming plane, not on water. Shells are set to pass through it \u2013 see the picture with initial ellipse and real ellipse.\u00a0In game that means that ships with better ballistics will have longer real ellipses\u00a0\u2013 flatter shell trajectories result in real ellipse stretching more. Between them, dispersion changes are lineal. The stances are: minimal dispersion (closest shooting distance), close dispersion (set around 4 km) and maximum dispersion. You can see horizontal dispersion for maximum range in Port, by the way.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">\u6563\u5e03\u533a\u7684\u7cfb\u6570\u662f\u5206\u4e09\u4e2a\u9636\u6bb5\u7684\uff08\u5f53\u7136\u5176\u5b9e\u662f\u6709\u66f4\u591a\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u53ea\u7528\u5230\u4e86\u4e09\u4e2a\uff09\u3002\u5728\u8fd9\u4e09\u4e2a\u9636\u6bb5\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u6563\u5e03\u53d8\u5316\u662f\u7ebf\u6027\u7684\u3002\u8fd9\u4e09\u4e2a\u9636\u6bb5\u5206\u522b\u662f\uff1a\u6700\u5c0f\u6563\u5e03\uff08\u6700\u8fd1\u5f00\u706b\u8ddd\u79bb\uff09\uff0c\u8fd1\u8ddd\u79bb\uff084km\u5de6\u53f3\uff09\u548c\u6700\u5927\u6563\u5e03\u3002\u5728\u6bcd\u6e2f\u4e2d\u53ef\u4ee5\u770b\u5230\u6700\u5927\u5f00\u706b\u8ddd\u79bb\u4e0b\u7684\u6c34\u5e73\u6563\u5e03\u503c\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p>For each stance, there are two parameters: horizontal dispersion and relation between horizontal and vertical dispersion. Relation may be used in balancing. There is absolutely no point in shooting without target lock, if you are able to acquire it. Apart from adding aiming plane to locked target, it greatly improves your horizontal dispersion (like, twice lower!).<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">\u4e00\u5b9a\u8981\u9501\u5b9a\u4f60\u7684\u76ee\u6807\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u80fd\u591f\u9501\u5b9a\u76ee\u6807\u7684\u65f6\u5019\u5374\u9009\u62e9\u4e0d\u53bb\u9501\u5b9a\u5c31\u5f00\u59cb\u70ae\u51fb\u662f\u6beb\u65e0\u610f\u4e49\u7684\u3002\u9501\u5b9a\u9664\u4e86\u80fd\u591f\u7ed9\u4f60\u7684\u76ee\u6807\u589e\u52a0\u4e00\u4e2a\u7784\u51c6\u5e73\u9762\u65f6\uff0c\u5b83\u8fd8\u4f1a\u6781\u5927\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u4f60\u7684\u6c34\u5e73\u6563\u5e03\uff08\u4f1a\u4f4e\u4e24\u500d\u7684\u6837\u5b50\uff09<\/span><\/p>\n<p>By the way, aiming plane is needed due to line of sight issues \u2013 e.g. you may be targeting ship superstructure, but without adjusted aim the game may as well think you are targeting the mountain behind:\u00a0<a class=\"bbc_url\" href=\"http:\/\/i.imgur.com\/GDXKxbx.jpg\">http:\/\/i.imgur.com\/GDXKxbx.jpg<\/a><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">\u53e6\u5916\u7531\u4e8e\u89c6\u91ce\u7684\u539f\u56e0\uff0c\u7784\u51c6\u5e73\u9762\u662f\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u2014\u6bd4\u5982\u8bf4\u4f60\u53ef\u80fd\u5728\u7784\u51c6\u4e0a\u5c42\u5efa\u7b51\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u5728\u6ca1\u6709\u8c03\u6574\u4f60\u7684\u7784\u51c6\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u6e38\u620f\u53ef\u80fd\u8ba4\u4e3a\u4f60\u5728\u7784\u51c6\u540e\u9762\u7684\u5c71\u5934\uff1a<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-19270\" src=\"https:\/\/xvm.garphy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/GDXKxbx.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1171\" height=\"562\" srcset=\"https:\/\/xvm.garphy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/GDXKxbx.jpg 1171w, https:\/\/xvm.garphy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/GDXKxbx-768x369.jpg 768w, https:\/\/xvm.garphy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/GDXKxbx-500x240.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1171px) 100vw, 1171px\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p>So aiming plane (target lock) is your friend\u00a0and allows you to shoot with black trajectories (good), not with red (bad):\u00a0<a class=\"bbc_url\" href=\"http:\/\/i.imgur.com\/vLgcbIv.jpg\">http:\/\/i.imgur.com\/vLgcbIv.jpg<br \/>\n<\/a><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">\u6240\u4ee5\u7784\u51c6\u5e73\u9762\uff08\u9501\u5b9a\u76ee\u6807\uff09\u662f\u767e\u5229\u800c\u65e0\u4e00\u5bb3\u7684\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u8ba9\u4f60\u7684\u5f39\u9053\u53d8\u6210\u9ed1\u8272\uff08\u597d\u7684\uff09\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u7ea2\u8272\u7684\uff08\u5dee\u7684\uff09<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-19271\" src=\"https:\/\/xvm.garphy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/vLgcbIv.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1116\" height=\"539\" srcset=\"https:\/\/xvm.garphy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/vLgcbIv.jpg 1116w, https:\/\/xvm.garphy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/vLgcbIv-768x371.jpg 768w, https:\/\/xvm.garphy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/vLgcbIv-500x241.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1116px) 100vw, 1116px\" \/><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The dispersion debuff without target lock is added primarily to protect \u201canti-dispersion\u201d camo and related upgrades \/ captain skills from being bypassed by mods.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">\u5728\u6ca1\u6709\u9501\u5b9a\u65f6\u7684\u6563\u5e03debuff\u7684\u7528\u610f\u662f\u4fdd\u62a4\u90a3\u4e9b\u201c\u589e\u52a0\u6563\u5e03\u201d\u7684\u8ff7\u5f69\u4ee5\u53ca\u76f8\u5173\u63d2\u4ef6\/\u8230\u957f\u6280\u80fd\u4e0d\u53d7\u5230mod\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Camo \/ concealment upgrade debuffs and upgrade buffs are applied to horizontal dispersion at maximum range. The effects multiply, so shooting at camo target (x1.04) with Aiming mod 1 (x0.93) results in x0,96 to maximum range horizontal dispersion.\u00a0Gameplay-wise that means these effects are growing with range and have almost no influence on CQC.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">\u8ff7\u5f69\/\u9690\u853d\u63d2\u4ef6\u7684\u6563\u5e03debuff\u548c\u5404\u79cd\u63d2\u4ef6\u7684buff\u662f\u5f71\u54cd\u6700\u5927\u8ddd\u79bb\u4e0b\u7684\u6c34\u5e73\u6563\u5e03\u7684\u3002\u800c\u4e14\u6548\u679c\u662f\u76f8\u4e58\u7684\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u5728\u52a0\u88c5\u4e86\u7784\u51c6\u63d2\u4ef61\u578b\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff08*0.93\uff09\u5c04\u51fb\u4e00\u4e2a\u6709\u8ff7\u5f69\u7684\u76ee\u6807\uff08*1.04\uff09\u7684\u7ed3\u679c\u662f\u4f60\u7684\u6700\u8fdc\u8ddd\u79bb\u4e0b\u7684\u6c34\u5e73\u6563\u5e03\u7cfb\u6570\u53d8\u6210\u4e86\u539f\u6709\u76840.96\u500d\u3002\u4ece\u6e38\u620f\u65b9\u9762\u6765\u8bf4\u5c31\u662f\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6548\u679c\u4f1a\u968f\u7740\u8ddd\u79bb\u7684\u4e0a\u5347\u800c\u53d8\u5f97\u660e\u663e\uff0c\u5728\u8d34\u8eab\u8089\u640f\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u51e0\u4e4e\u6ca1\u6709\u5f71\u54cd\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Your sigma count matters\u00a0\u2013 while not influencing dispersion ellipse in any way, it influences the density if your salvos. Shells are being placed by Gaussian distribution, and sigma count affects it. The parameter may be tweaked per ship, but it is not very diverse. The base is 2.0. The more = the better. It is used in balancing. For example, Fuso has huge salvos, so it is set with 1.5, and BBs tend to have lower sigma count in general.
