Hello everyone, another \u201cDeveloper Time\u201d show took place on the Wargaming radio (RU only), here\u2019s a transcript. Today\u2019s topic was \u201cgraphics\u201d. Answering were two guys \u2013 one a video-making derpartment developer (derpveloper?) and the other guy is from the game engine derpartment and deals with graphics.
\n\u5927\u5bb6\u568e\uff0cWG\u7684\u7535\u53f0\u4e0a\u53c8\u641e\u4e86\u4e00\u671f\u201c\u5f00\u53d1\u56e2\u961f\u65f6\u95f4\u201d\u8282\u76ee\uff08\u6bdb\u670d\u9650\u5b9a\uff09\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e0b\u4e3a\u5185\u5bb9\u7a3f\u3002\u4eca\u5929\u7684\u8bdd\u9898\u662f\u201c\u753b\u9762\u201d\u3002\u56de\u7b54\u7684\u4eba\u6709\u4e24\u4e2a\u2014\u4e00\u4e2a\u662f\u89c6\u9891\u5236\u4f5c\u90e8\u95e8\u7684\u5f00\u53d1\u56e2\u961f\u6210\u5458\uff08\u7b97\u6210\u5458\u5417\uff1f\uff09\u53e6\u4e00\u4e2a\u662f\u4ece\u6e38\u620f\u5f15\u64ce\u90e8\u95e8\u6765\u7684\u548c\u753b\u9762\u6253\u4ea4\u9053\u7684\u4eba\u3002\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

– the minimum GPU required for WoT is Nvidia GT6800 from 2004
\n\u60f3\u8981\u8dd1\u7684\u52a8WOT\u7684\u6700\u4f4eGPU\u7684\u914d\u7f6e\u662fN\u5361\u7684GT6800\uff0c2004\u5e74\u7684\u53e4\u8463<\/span><\/p>\n

– with the CPU Intel Core 2 Duo or better processor, WoT should run fine
\nCPU\u7684\u8bdd\uff0c\u82f1\u7279\u5c14\u7684\u53cc\u6838Duo\u6216\u8005\u662f\u66f4\u597d\u7684\u5904\u7406\u5668\u5e94\u8be5\u5c31\u80fd\u8dd1WOT\u4e86<\/span><\/p>\n

– 30FPS is the lower border, below it the game is unplayable according to developers. Optimal FPS is 50.
\n30\u5e27\u662f\u5e95\u7ebf\u4e86\uff0c\u5f00\u53d1\u56e2\u961f\u8868\u793a\u4f4e\u4e8e\u8fd9\u4e2a\u5e27\u6570\u7684\u8bdd\u6e38\u620f\u5c31\u6ca1\u6cd5\u73a9\u4e86\u3002\u7406\u60f3\u5e27\u6570\u5219\u662f50\u5e27<\/span><\/p>\n

– the things that affect the FPS the most are the 3D render resolution (most important), screen resolution, anti-aliasing, shadow quality, lighting quality, water quality
\n\u5f71\u54cd\u5e27\u6570\u7684\u5927\u5934\u662f3D\u6e32\u67d3\u5206\u8fa8\u7387\uff08\u6700\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\uff09\uff0c\u5c4f\u5e55\u7684\u5206\u8fa8\u7387\uff0c\u6297\u952f\u9f7f\uff0c\u9634\u5f71\u8d28\u91cf\uff0c \u5149\u7167\u8d28\u91cf\u548c\u6c34\u9762\u8d28\u91cf<\/span><\/p>\n

– when buying a notebook for WoT, please pay attention not only to CPU (Core i3, Core i5), but also to the GPU

– on weak notebooks, set lower screen resolution, it will make it easier for GPU to work by an entire order

– especially notebooks HAVE to update GPU drivers, it\u2019s completely possible that graphic artefacts in the game appear due to obsolete drivers

– putting cooling pads under older notebooks is a very good thing
