Since this is not on EU portal yet (would be marginally more useful to post this instead of another premium shop bundle), here\u2019s the Russian server explanation for the accuracy change in 9.6.
\n\u9274\u4e8e\u6b27\u670d\u5b98\u7f51\u4e0a\u8fd8\u6ca1\u6709\u8fd9\u4e2a\uff08\u53d1\u8fd9\u4e2a\u80fd\u6bd4\u91d1\u5e01\u8f66\u793c\u5305\u7a0d\u5fae\u5f3a\u4e00\u4e01\u70b9\uff09\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e0b\u662f\u6bdb\u670d\u5bf9\u4e8e0.9.6\u7684\u7cbe\u51c6\u5ea6\u6539\u52a8\u7684\u89e3\u91ca\uff1a\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Basically, the official reason for the nerf is that the tanks were too accurate (shooting too often to the center of aim circle) even when the AC was not fully aimed. Thus, the developers decided to separate the aim circle into 10 zones and each zone has a certain probability to have the shell land in it. This is how it looks in 9.5:

In order to prevent the stuff above, the probability of hitting exactly the center (\u201cbull\u2019s eye\u201d) was reduced from 16 percent to 10 percent, but the chance for the shell to fall into the adjacent zone to the bull\u2019s eye increased by the same difference. This change will keep the accuracy for the accurate\/fully aimed guns while reducing the accuracy of snap shots.
