For the record, this is a different insider than leaked the fake missions for December. So yes, this is legit, I confirmed some parts from several sources.

– apparently, Wargaming wants to put the forum reputation into use. To that end, they are considering a list of titles and ranks (like the current \u201cplayer\u201d under the avatar), from \u201cprivate\u201d all the way to \u201cgeneral\u201d or something like that. The lowest rank, reserved for players with bad reputation is \u201cdonkey\u201d for some reason \ud83d\ude42 But there are other \u201ctitles\u201d as well. Apparently, farming shameful titles will also eventually lead to a ban (SS: logical, as negrep farming often requires breaking forum rules).
